雅思写作常见错误

很多在备考的雅思考生在雅思写作部分的时候会经常出现一些错误，接下来由新航道的老师给大家分享雅思写作干货，关于烤鸭易犯的5个写作错误。

1、lack 和lack of 分不清

lack 作动词，后面应该要直接跟宾语：如 A number of students lack skills.

lack 作名词，后面应该要加个介词才行：如 Man can understand the universe but not women. Because man is lack of thatunderstanding. 男人可以了解宇宙却不能了解女人，因为男人缺乏那种脑细胞。

2、benefit 和benefit from 分不清

作不及物动词，benefit from... ‘从...中受益’.如：Do they get any benefit from this game? 他们能从 游戏中得到什么利益吗?。

作及物动词，benefit 表示 ‘对...有益’, 如：They are working together to benefit the whole community. 他们在为整个社区的利益共同努力。

3、modern 被错拼成mordern

避免单词拼错可以记单词的词根词源：来自mode,模式，方式，尺度，-ern,形容词后缀。引申词义现存的，的模式，现代的。

4、outweigh 被错拼成outweight

(out-,超过，weigh,称重。)

The benefits of the scheme outweigh the disadvantages. 这项计划利大于弊。

The advantages of this deal largely outweigh the disadvantages.

这笔交易的利远大于弊。

5、potential 被误写为potentials

The boy has great potential.

这个男孩有很大的潜力。

The school strives to treat students as individuals and to help each one to achieve their full potential.

学校力图因材施教，并帮助每位学生发挥他们的全部潜能。
