如何写好托福作文的开头段，你知道吗？

一个饱满的开头应该包含以下四个层次:

1)话题引入:介绍题目中对于核心词的背景、定义或 提问;

2)他人观点:他人怎么看/引发热议;

3)明确立场:你自己的明确立场(支持、反对)

4)过渡句:承上启下

1. 背景铺垫，定义，提问

在独立写作的背景铺垫中，首先我们需要明晰独立写作常考的几个topic，其中包括education，technology，sports，social life，family, animals, culture 等。在审题、理解题意之后，可以适当定位关键词进行文题分析和头脑风暴，进行社会背景定位。如托福独立写作真题：

Which is more important in one's career life? The working knowledge and skills or the ability to adapt to new conditions.

从上面的一道考过的真题中我们可以看出关键词为 career life; working knowledge and skills和adaptability为选择项;可以定位本题所属topic为work，因此可以以“work or career life”作为背景铺垫进行开头的背景相关介绍和阐述。

示范：

Increasingly，with the  fierce social competition outside and the need for searching for individual growth，people especially employees show great concern to their career development. How to lay a solid foundation for the future career development？

2. 介绍文题，他人怎么看，引发热议

结合句的背景铺垫，可适当改写题目，引出有争议性的argument。但是一定要注意，一定不要照抄原文，要适当的替换和改写。

示范：

Naturally，considering the career development，several necessary factors should be taken into account.Then,compared with the ability to adapt to new conditions,is the working knowledge more important for that ?

3.表明立场

立场是开头段最为重要且核心的句子，其作用是表明了考生对这一论题的态度，且后面内容的陈述也是建立在这一立场基础上进行论证、分析;立场表明时，尽量用自己的语言进行表述。

when it comes to this question/as for this kind of question , people's answer may differ greatly from one to another. However from my point of perspective/ as far as i am concerned ,,,,,,表明观点立场。

from my point of perspective, i would rather prefer

as far as i am concerned, the first choice is much better/more important than the second one .

4. 过渡承接

过渡句的作用是承上启下，承接开头段内容的同时，以一种自然流畅的方式简要引出下文，从而加强文章的逻辑关系;也可以适当提及中间段会涉及的论点，进行实际内容的铺垫。建议大家多进行练习和范文积累，一定可以总结出不同的过渡句写作方式。

示范：

… with several reasons to exemplify.

1) My reasons and examples are given below (as follows).

2) There are some reasons and examples to illustrate my point of view.

3) My viewpoint is based on the following reasons.

4) I am going to elaborate my point in the following paragraphs.

总而言之，托福独立写作开头段想要写好其实也并没有大家想的那么复杂，只有按照上文提到的方法练好开头段的写法基础，在结合自身的写作能力作进一步的提升，那么考生想要写好托福独立写作开头段也绝非难事。

一个好的开头肯定会给阅卷老师一个非常深刻的印象，就像一个人的形象，有个的形象后，别人才会有兴进一步了解你的内在。如果开头段写的稀啪烂，估计中间段写的再好，别人可能也不想看了。

步骤:

1)找出题目中的核心词 2)确定话题引入的方式:背景、定义、提问。

该题核心词:university and college? sports and social activities? Class? Financial support?(核⼼心词要找对)

In today’s university and college, apart from academic classes, extra curriculums such as sports and social activities have been introduced into students’ campus life.（描述核心词的大背景） Sports and social activities are not only conducive to students’ physical quality, but also contribute a lot to their emotional quotient. （分析核心词的含义和意义--好处）In most cases, universities and colleges give priority to academic classes like mathematics without paying attention to sports and social activities, but is it a right strategy to educate the students ?（针对核心词设置一些争议）

这样的一个开头段80字左右就搞定完成啦。
