来看一下在今年9-12季度依然会出现的另一道最近收到最多抱怨的PART 2话题，具体的题目如下：

Describe a company where you live that employs a lot of people

You should say:

What it does

How many people it employs

What kind of people work there

And How you feel about it

还记得老师在上一期里说过，对于雅思口语Part 2，希望能带给大家一个universally apply的应对方式，而且也带着大家详细地进行了解读。那么今天的这道题目，也同样可以用这样的思维方式去进行破题和组织答案。接下来呢，老师就直接带着大家去分析题目了昂。

对于这个题目也是一样的，拿到题目第 一件事，也请永远不要去带有特异性的思维去考虑它，无论要说的是哪一个公司，无论是在哪里或者是人多不多，咱们得先去好好分析一下单纯如果介绍某一个公司的话，可以从哪些方面去展开。之后，再去根据题目的要求，去对这些方面的其中某一个或者一些做修改或添加。当我们打开思维之后就会发现，其实只要是题目能读懂，只要是common sense能够cover到，那就必然能说得出来，而且能很容易将不同的题目进行串联。

鉴于此，老师在这里建议大家按以下方向去思考本题的答案可以展开的方向：

铺垫（Bedding）：

name of the company (随你便), time and place of foundation (时间依然随你便，根据题目地点只要说是where you live的就成)…

核心（Core）：

size of the company (就说成大的), location of workplace (市中心好几家), employees (人数多，种类多), major products or services (唯 一需要结合自身实际的，不过只要花钱买过东西，那便是小菜一碟了), customer feedback and popularity (出名，大家都爱)…

结尾（Ending）：

feelings/remarks (独一 无二)…

还需要提醒大家的是，请不要忘记使用discourse marker（sign-posting）来提升答案的coherence哦，从而能带动fluency的提升哇！

The company I want to talk about is named Clip coffee which was initially founded by a local businessman several years ago here in Nanjing. Just couple of days ago, I ordered some take-away of Clip’s, the taste was absolutely beautiful. And I immediately became a fan.

Okey, now, I guess I need to give you some details about this wonderful company. Among catering companies, I reckon Clip is only a medium-sized one. It opens around20 to 30 franchise shops around the city.Every time when I paid a visit to one of the shops, it’s kind of busy every second. You know, 5-6 baristas were crafting coffee, 3 guys were doing cashier, and to my surprise, they got another 3 staffs packing up the take-aways. So, based on this, well, I assume the total number of clip’s employees should be fairly large.

Let’s see what else I can tell you, oh right, It’s quite obvious that Clip focuses on producing high quality coffee, you know, the smoothness and richness in flavour.However, its handmade desserts were quite amazing as well. And not just me,everyone who ever tried gave their cakes and biscuits a thumb-up. Also, it’s no exaggeration that almost every single one of my friends nows about this company and drunk their coffee.

I think the time is probably not enough, but let me just add one last thing that I believe Clip coffee was just simply unique, not just to me but to my people here in Nanjing as well. I would definitely recommend it to everybody who hasn’t heard of it in the future.
